Activities Committee Charter

 

Purpose

Plan and organize various social, cultural, and recreational programs for the Windsor Plaza community to enhance the quality of life and foster involvement in the community.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Develop a calendar of events on an annual basis.

  • Sponsor seasonal programs such as holiday parties and pool openings.

  • Sponsor regularly scheduled activities to promote social interaction of the Association members and participation in other Association committees.

  • Survey owners and residents periodically to determine interests.

  • Research and provide input to the Budget & Finance Committee for budget items related to activities by August 1 of each year.

Meetings

  • The Activities Committee meets as needed. Meetings are either part of an upcoming event or announced on the Association's calendar.
