Amenities, Property  Value, and Community Relations Committee Charter

 

Purpose

Conduct research on services or improvements with potential to enhance property values; collect and maintain information on property values; monitor activities occurring in the surrounding area that may impact the welfare of the Windsor Plaza community; and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Survey unit owner/residents on services and improvements of interest and research feasibility and cost.

  • Research new and existing amenities.

  • Collect sales data on WP units and comparable properties in vicinity and store in a data base.

  • Report regularly to Board on sales information and number of rental units with assistance of the Property Management Company.

  • Collect information on condominium fees for comparable properties.

  • Liaise with other condominium communities and the area real estate community.

  • Sponsor discussions of benefit to owners and residents regarding maintaining and improving the property.

  • Liaise with local government and civic associations as approved by the Board of Directors.

  • This committee will meet as needed. Meetings are announced on the Association's calendar.
