Building Maintenance & Grounds Committee

Purpose

Assess building maintenance and landscaping needs, monitor maintenance based on the Association's four-star condominium standards (PDF), and make recommendations to the Board.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Recommend changes to the building maintenance and grounds items in the Association's four-star condominium standards.

• Provide input and monitor the implementation of the building maintenance and landscape items according to the four-star condominium standards and Windsor Plaza condominium administrative calendar.

• Review the contract performance and costs of building maintenance and grounds contractors.

• At the Board's direction, provide input, review, or make recommendations on specifications and contracts for building maintenance and landscaping.

• Research and provide input to the Budget & Finance Committee for budget items related to building maintenance and landscaping by August 1 of each year.

Meetings

• The Building Maintenance & Grounds Committee meets as needed. Meetings dates are posted on the Association's calendar.
