Communications Committee

 

Purpose

 

Facilitate open communications among the Association, Board of Directors, committees, owners, residents, and the Property Management Company.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

 

  • Prepare the newsletter for review by the Board of Directors or designee and distribution by the Property Management Company by hardcopy and electronically. Newsletter content may include actions by the Board of Directors, calendar of upcoming Association meetings and local events, descriptions of amenities and services, and reminders of Association policies.

  • Maintain the Association's external website in close coordination with the Board of Directors, other committees, and the Property Management Company.

  • Update the welcome materials provided to new residents by the Property Management Committee.

  • Assist other committees on communication issues.

  • Recommend communications standards.

  • Research and provide input to the Budget & Finance Committee for budget items related to activities by August 1 of each year.

 

Meetings

  • The Communications Committee meets as needed. Meetings dates are posted on the Association's calendar.
