Purpose

 

Enforces the Association's rules and regulations regarding harmony, aesthetics,  appearance, and upkeep of the property as well as promote the general comfort, welfare, and safety of  unit owners, guests, and residents.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

 

  • Observe or inspect areas subject to complaints.

  • Review and update our policy resolutions.

  • Work on important issues that affect owners and residents.

 

Meetings

  • The Covenants Committee meets as needed. Meetings dates are posted on the Association's calendar.
