Elections Committee Charter

 

Purpose

Assist in presenting a slate of candidates to the Association's owners for election of the Board of Directors and develop procedures and administer such procedures in accordance to Section 3.4(a) of our Bylaws. This special committee must be appointed by the Board of Directors at least 65 days prior to each annual meeting of the Association.
