Hours for moves and large
deliveries are permitted Monday through Saturdays, excluding
holidays, from the hours of 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No moving is allowed
on Sundays.
Keys, Access Cards, Parking

Make arrangements with
the building manager to pick-up the keys to the loading dock and
elevator.
-
Access cards are property

Transfer of keys to the
unit and storage bin are the responsibility of the previous owner if
you purchased the unit, or the current owner if you are a tenant.

A master key to the unit
must be provided to the building office for emergency purposes.
-
You may leave a
convenience key for use by persons you provide written authorization
to the building manager.
-
Each unit is allowed one
visitor parking pass. Please review the
parking guidelines to
ensure you understand the rules and avoid being towed.
During Your Move-In
-
Moves are permitted
through the building's loading dock and garage. Moves and deliveries
of large items are not permitted through the lobby.
-
For the safety of you and
others, please be sure the loading dock areas are secured and doors
closed during your move/delivery and when finished.
-
Only use the large
elevator with wall padding since the small elevator does not have
wall padding.
-
Trash, debris, crating,
and boxes (broken down) must be taken to the loading dock on the
first floor for disposal. The trash chute is only for bagged trash
and not boxes which may cause a jam.
-
Any damages will be the
