2008-03 Committee chairs were appointed during the March 18 Board meeting. Carole Glenn for Activities, Mary Kohlmeier for Budget and Finance, Larry Nau for Building Maintenance and Grounds with Sharon Allison chair of the Grounds and Lanscaping subcommittee, and Michael Siegel for Covenants.
2008-01 Officers were elected at the January 30 Board meeting. Lois Rossi is president, Jim Thomas is vice president, Tim Liu is treasurer, Bill Allison is secretary, and Jeff Green is parliamentarian.
2008-01 At the annual owner's meeting on January 15, Bill Allison was elected to the board. Thank you to out-going board member Larry Nau.
2007-12 More than 50 residents attended the annual holiday party. Thanks to the holiday party planning team of Lois Rossi, Carole Glenn, Jean Kenney, and Tim Liu who were assisted by building manager Joe Tilton.
2007-11 Nominating petitions and statements for candidates for the Board of Directors are due December 10. The Board appointed Lois Rossi as the chair of the elections committee which also includes Carole Glenn and Jean Kenney.
2007-10 The new lobby furniture arrived, replacing the original furniture.
2007-10 The Board passed the 2008 budget at the October 16 meeting based on the recommendations of the budget committee. The budget and 2008 monthly assessment fees were sent to owners on Friday, October 26.
2007-08 More than 20 residents attended a wine and cheese reception on August 1 to learn about volunteer opportunities.
2007-07 About 15 residents attended the happy hour at Rio Grande to socialize and meet Joe Tilton, our new building manager.
2007-07 Please welcome Joe Tilton, our new building manager, as well as Michael Yelton, our community manager from Cardinal Management.
2007-06 More than 40 residents and guests attended our summer social on Saturday, June 16.
2007-05 The swimming pool will open Saturday, March 26, 2007.
2007-01 More than 50 owners attended the annual meeting in person on January 17, 2007. The election to the Association's Board of Directors was held. Lois Rossi and Jim Thomas were elected to serve three year terms on the Board.
2007-01 About 20 owners attended the Meet the Candidate evening held on Tuesday, January 9.

About 40 people attended our annual holiday part on Thursday, December 14.

New payment coupons were mailed in late December.

2006-10 The 2007 budget recommended by the Assets Committee was passed by the Board on October 12. Learn more about the budget process and line items.

More than 60 residents and guests attended the annual summer social party held in the pool area.

Michael Siegel was appointed by the Board to complete the remainder of a one year term on the board left vacant when Kevin Stults resigned due to a relocation to Maryland with his wife Christine.

Ed Latsha, Deanna Lewis, and Sipa Sikula were appointed to the Covenants Committee by the Board.

Beth Cousino is our new community manager from Cardinal Management. She replaces Lynn House who has relocated to be with her family in the Midwest.

2006-01

Owners voted to fill the vacant board positions. Jeff Green and Tim Liu will serve three-year terms and Kevin Stults to complete final year of Larry Checca's three-year term. More than 40 owners attended our annual owners meeting held on January 18, 2006.

Board member Larry Checca to resign in January when he retires to Florida.
