Garage Parking
There are 219 parking spaces in the garage, offering residents weather protection for their vehicles. There are also motorcycle spaces.

  • Parking spaces are owned by individual unit owners and registered with Arlington County. Some spaces may be available for rent by individual unit owners. The Association provides bulletin boards for posting notices about parking spaces that are available or wanted.

  • A Windsor Plaza parking sticker must be displayed in the rear window of all vehicles parked in the garage.

  • Vehicles must be registered with the Association to obtain a valid parking sticker. Learn more about registration or contact the building manager.

  • Replacement garage access cards and remote controls may be purchased from the building manager.
