Visitor Parking
Visitor parking spaces are available in the front of the buildings for guests and vendors. There are four visitor parking spaces on N. Taylor Street and there are seven spaces on N. Utah Street with one space reserved for the onsite building manager between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

 

These spaces are only for visitors with a valid visitor parking pass and are not to be used by residents or people living with residents on a daily basis. No vehicle displaying a Windsor Plaza parking sticker shall be parked in any space reserved for visitor parking.

 

Any vehicles parked without a valid visitor pass, with a Windsor Plaza parking sticker, or longer than 24 hours will be towed at the vehicle owner’s risk and expense.

 

Public Parking
Metered parking is available. Please be aware that certain streets are permit parking only.

 

There are several public parking garages nearby.  A list of other public parking garages are available at Arlington County's website.

  • Ballston Station office building at 4301 Fairfax Drive. The entrance is on N. Taylor Street behind the Rio Grande restaurant.

  • Nature Conservancy building at 4245 Fairfax Drive. The entrance is on N. Taylor Street behind Flat Top Grill restaurant.
