Pets

Windsor Plaza Condominium is a pet-friendly community, but some owners who rent out their unit may place restrictions on pets in their rented units. Owning a pet comes with certain responsibilities.

Please keep these rules in mind:

  • All pets must be registered with the building manager. Use this form to make changes.

  • All pets must be registered and inoculated as required by Arlington County regulations.

  • All pets must be on a short leash or carried when outside your unit in any common area including hallways, elevators, lobbies, and courtyard.

  • Pets must be taken through the courtyard and not through the front lobby to protect the lobby furniture.

  • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area.

  • Pet owners must promptly clean up their pet’s business in all common element areas.

  • Pet owners are fully responsible for personal injuries and/or property damages caused by their pets.

  • Please respect our neighbors’ property and clean up after your pet.
