Registration

Registration is required to ensure that the Windsor Plaza Condominium Association and property management company have up-to-date information about the owners and residents of each unit. In addition, vehicles, pets, and bicycles are also required to be registered. When the completed form is on file, the facilities passes will be issued or activated and other services will commence, such as ability to reserve the elevator for moves and deliveries.

Please submit the Owner/Resident Information Form (MS Word) to the building manager to ensure your information is up-to-date.

Tenants
If you are leasing your unit to a tenant, please be sure to register your tenant by submitting 1) a Owner/Resident Information Form (MS Word), 2) a copy of the lease, and 3) a notarized lease addendum (PDF).
