• Windsor Plaza Newsbrief - November 2009

• Please disregard the mailing you received in regards to the 2010 Budget. Please click here for the corrected budget. The Cardinal Management group apologizes for any inconvenience.

• Officers were elected at the January 21 Board meeting. Lois Rossi is president, Jim Thomas is vice president, Bill Allison is secretary, Mary Kohlmeier is treasurer, Sipatela Sikaulu is assistant secretary, and Ginny Harvey is deputy treasurer.

• At the annual owner's meeting on January 13, Sipatela Sikaulu and Ginny Harvey were elected to the board. Thank you to out-going board members Jeff Green and Marc Hebert. Jeff Green retired from the Board of Directors after serving for twelve years. Major accomplishments were made by the Board during Jeff's tenure, including the guest parking and use of the Utah St. meeting room.
• The Board of Directors appointed Marc Herbert on August 19 to complete the term of former board member and treasurer Tim Liu. Mary Kohlmeier was elected Treasurer by the Board.

• Board member and treasurer Tim Liu resigned from the Board because of a relocation to Chicago. Interested candidates are encouraged to notify the Board about their interest in completing the remainder of his term, which ends January 2009.

• Nominating petitions and statements for candidates for the Board of Directors were due Monday, December 10.

• The new lobby furniture arrived on October 26, replacing the original furniture.

• The Board passed the 2008 budget at the October 16 meeting.

• Sign up for automatic direct debit, a free service that saves you time and worry.

• More than 40 residents and guests attended the summer social at the swimming pool on Saturday, June 16.

• Our swimming pool opened for the summer over Memorial Day weekend. It closes Labor Day weekend.

• Get involved. Volunteer and join a committee.
